The World’s Largest Cave

Son Doong Cave was discovered in 1990 by Mr Ho Khanh who is now the owner and operator of this delightful new accommodation on the banks of the Son River in the Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. Son Doong Cave is located in Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park in Quang Binh Province, Vietnam. It was only first explored in 2009/2010 by the British Cave Research Association. As recently as August 2013, the first tour groups visited Son Doong Cave accompanied by Mr Ho Khanh and the original explorers of the cave, Howard and Deb Limbert. Son Doong Cave is like no where else on this planet and offers the ultimate adventure to intrepid explorers! Inside this giant cave are two huge daylight windows which allows the light and jungle into the cave. Oxalis Adventure Tours have the exclusive license to operate tours to Son Doong Cave.
